We conducted outreach and awareness on Childline toll free number 1098. We covered 841 Adults and 163 children in Peddapalli and Rajanna Sircilla districts.
We conducted two special drives in Vemulawada and Sircilla with the help of ICPS to identify child labors. This rescue operation was conducted at mechanic shops for children working under 18 years. We rescued 10 child labors and one child begging and produced them in front of CWC at Karimnagar.
We identified poor, orphan and semi-orphan child families in Peddapalli (110 families) and Rajanna Sircilla (30 families) Districts and distributed groceries.
We celebrated World Day Against Child labour in Peddapalli and Rajanna Sircilla districts. We conducted awareness camps at centers, bus stands and railway stations about Childline and Child Labor Act – 1986. This program was inaugurated by DWO, labour officers and other district officials.
We have decided to apply new paint to EArtH adopted schools in Nizamabad, Gopal Nagar & Nimmapalli schools. When we apply paint, we draw pictures with Fruits, Animals, etc. This is one of the many things we do to make kids want to come to shool. When started this work in Nimmapalli school on.
