Self-Governance Day

The EArtH Foundation celebrated Self-Governance Day in its schools across Telangana and Maharashtra. On this day, students took on the roles of teachers, administrators, and leaders, experiencing responsibilities firsthand. The event aimed to develop leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and teamwork among students. Teachers guided them in understanding how a school functions and the importance of governance. Activities included managing classrooms, organizing tasks, and conducting sessions. This hands-on approach helped students build confidence and a sense of responsibility. The initiative encouraged active participation and learning beyond textbooks. The celebration successfully instilled values of self-reliance and accountability in students.
