Introduction
The EArtH Foundation successfully organized a two-day Organization level Skills and Sports Competition at Zilla Parishad High School, Indiranagar, Siddipet. The event aimed to enhance students’ educational, cultural, and physical skills. Over 200 students from 9 schools across Maharashtra and Siddipet district participated with great enthusiasm.
The event was inaugurated by Mr. Raj Prabhakar Reddy, the Siddipet Urban Mandal Education Officer, who lauded the efforts of the EArtH Foundation in fostering holistic student development. He emphasized the significance of such activities in enhancing students’ skills, knowledge, and overall growth. In his address, Mr. Reddy commended the Foundation’s initiatives, highlighting how they provide valuable learning opportunities and contribute to students’ academic and personal enrichment. He encouraged students, teachers, and organizers to continue their dedication to these meaningful programs. His words of appreciation and encouragement served as a great motivation for both students and the EArtH Foundation team, inspiring them to pursue excellence with renewed enthusiasm.
The first day of the event was packed with exciting competitions and activities aimed at developing students’ skills, creativity, and teamwork.
The day started with a Drawing Competition on the theme “My Home – My Family,” where students expressed their artistic talents and personal connections. This was followed by Kabaddi Matches, which encouraged teamwork, strategy, and physical fitness while allowing students to showcase their athletic abilities.
To improve writing skills, Handwriting Practice focused on neat and clear writing, while an Essay Writing Competition on “Disadvantages of Not Going to School” helped students think about the importance of education and express their ideas effectively. A Quiz Competition tested their general knowledge and reasoning abilities, sharpening their thinking skills.
Other activities included Picture Reading, which improved observation and comprehension, and Drama and Storytelling, giving students a chance to be creative and practice public speaking. The day ended with a Speech Competition on “If You Were the Headmaster,” where students shared their leadership ideas. The students’ enthusiasm and participation were even featured in a local newspaper, recognizing the positive impact of the event.
To keep students energized throughout the day, the EArtH Foundation provided nutritious meals, starting with a wholesome breakfast and a balanced lunch. Teachers and organizers ensured a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.
The second day was filled with excitement as students took part in various competitions, showcasing their talents and skills.
The day started with Spell Bee and Chess, helping students improve their spelling and strategic thinking. In sports events, students tested their strength and agility in Broad Jump, Skipping, and Medicine Ball Throw.
The Shuttle Run and Running Race focused on speed and endurance, where students gave their best efforts. The Kabaddi Finals brought high energy and teamwork as teams competed for victory with great enthusiasm.
The event also featured cultural and creative performances. Students participated in a March Past, Dance, and Skits, learning teamwork and discipline. A special moment of the day was the Fancy Dress Competition, where students dressed up to spread awareness about the dangers of junk food.
The two-day event was a great success, encouraging learning, creativity, and healthy competition. Thanks to the EArtH Foundation, students had a fun and meaningful experience while developing new skills.
The event was honored by the presence of Kalaveni Srinivas, Judge Chandana Hazari, Mangalampalli Raju, and Anjaneyulu. They praised the hard work of teachers and students, emphasizing the value of skill-building and extracurricular activities in education.
A special appreciation was given to Founder Pramod Peddi for his dedication to student growth and development.
The competition winners were honored by SC and ST Commission Chairman Mr. Bakki Venkataiah and Judge Chandana Hazari, who praised the EArtH Foundation for its efforts in education and cultural development.
Co-founder Kalaveni Srinivas spoke about the foundation’s future plans, highlighting their commitment to supporting more schools and students.
The event had the active participation of Indiranagar School Headmaster Mr. Raj Prabhakar Reddy, along with EArtH Foundation representatives including Mangalampalli Raju, Vennela, Raju, Anjaneyulu, Niharika, Rakesh, Prashanth, Ratnam, Praveen, Swapna, and Dnyanoba.

The Skills & Sports Competition 2024-25 was a great success, giving students a platform to showcase their talents, build confidence, and enhance their learning. The event highlighted the importance of extracurricular activities in education, helping students grow beyond the classroom.
